Traveloop operates strictly as an intermediary technology hosting service provider pursuant to the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and Directive 2000/31/EC.
Traveloop is an intermediary technology platform and marketplace venue. It enables private individuals to list, transfer, buy and sell non-refundable hotel stays, holiday bookings and yacht/boat charters under a Stripe Connect escrow arrangement.
Traveloop does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, hotelier, charter operator or accommodation provider. Traveloop does not own, manage or operate any of the underlying travel services listed on the Platform. All such services remain the sole responsibility of the original accommodation provider, hotel, tour operator or charter company.

The Platform is hosted and operated using the following infrastructure providers:
Vercel Inc. – Application hosting, serverless compute and global content delivery network (CDN).
Supabase Inc. – Database infrastructure, authentication and file storage (EU-region hosting).
This Legal Notice and the Platform are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the competent courts of Athens, Greece shall have jurisdiction.
