Our platform fee is a transparent 10%, dynamically calculated and deducted from the seller's side only. Buyers see exactly what they pay: the listed resale price, with no hidden surcharges or surprise harbour fees.
Browse Active AccommodationsThe seller has a designated 72-hour window to contact the hotel — whether it is Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or an independent boutique property — and officially request that the guest of record be changed to your full legal name as it appears on your passport.
Once the hotel confirms the modification, the seller uploads the updated voucher or confirmation document to Traveloop, where our automated verification engine cross-references the details against your passport name and travel dates.

If anything goes wrong before that date — a cancelled reservation, a name mismatch at the front desk, or a materially altered booking — the escrow remains frozen and our dispute team steps in to protect you with a full refund.

Before your first payout, Stripe Connect requires a quick identity verification (typically a passport or driver's licence and a selfie match). Once verified, Express payouts land in your connected bank account within 2 business days after the buyer's successful check-in.
You retain zero liability once the name transfer is verified. Traveloop handles escrow, dispute mediation, and payout release on your behalf.
Every booking is backed by our guarantee: if your reservation is invalid, the name transfer fails, or the listing is materially misrepresented, your full payment is refunded. No exceptions. No fine print.
If the hotel refuses to modify the reservation, the seller must notify Traveloop immediately. The escrow hold is maintained, and you are entitled to a full refund. Sellers who cannot complete a verified transfer face automatic account suspension.
